Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00, UTC+2 / UTC+3 depending on daylight saving time in Ukraine) after payment confirmation or order confirmation.

Orders placed on miastudioua.com are processed within 1–2 business days from the moment they are placed or payment is confirmed.

Products that are in stock are shipped after order processing.

Products that are made to order are produced within 3–5 business days before shipping.

If payment is received in time, the order may be shipped on the same day it is placed.

Products that are not currently available in stock will be shipped after production or after they arrive at our warehouse. In such cases, a store representative will contact the customer to clarify the estimated production and shipping time.

During periods of high demand or holidays, order processing and shipping times may be extended.

Delivery Time
