General Provisions

This Return & Exchange Policy defines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased on the miastudio.com.ua website.

By placing an order on miastudio.com.ua, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this Policy.

Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The MIA Studio assortment includes bedding products as well as items made by individual tailoring.

Bedding products cannot be returned or exchanged after being received by the customer.
Additionally, items made to order or produced according to the customer’s individual measurements or specifications are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are created specifically for a particular customer.

Before placing an order, we recommend carefully reviewing the product description, specifications, and dimensions. If necessary, the customer may contact the store manager to clarify any details.

Returns of Other Products

All other products in our assortment that belong to decor items (and are not bedding products) may be returned within 14 days after delivery, provided that the product:

  • has not been used;

  • remains in its original condition;

  • retains its original packaging and appearance.

In case of a return, the customer will receive a full refund of the order amount minus the cost of shipping in both directions (delivery to the customer and return shipping).

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to miastudioua@gmail.com, including:

  • your order number;

  • photos showing the condition of the product.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we will do our best to provide a fair and satisfactory solution.
